Accounting Assistant at 60% (M/F)

For our partner, a company active in the digital services and solutions sector based in the lower part of the canton of Fribourg, we are looking for a

Your responsibilities

• Handling day-to-day accounting and entry of transactions
• Processing supplier invoices (checking, allocation and entry)
• Monitoring and managing client reminders
• Filing and archiving accounting documents
• Close collaboration with the accounting manager responsible for general accounting
• Administrative support related to daily accounting tasks

Your profile

• Holder of a Federal VET Diploma in Commercial Employment
• Experience in a fiduciary environment or accounting essential
• Autonomous, rigorous and organised in your work
• Fluent French, English at B1 level
• Comfortable with IT tools and accounting software
• Available at 60%, over 3 full days or half days, to be defined
