Salary - CHF81,300 - 97,500Our ROCKEN partner is the Swiss competence centre for specialised services in the areas of components, systems, process optimisation, and strategic as well as operational procurement. They are now able to develop, manufacture, commission, and handle the logistics of complete systems, machines, and devices for customers according to their needs.
Role:
Do you want to apply your technical experience in work preparation and production planning? In this versatile role, you ensure reliable manufacturing bases, maintain important production data, and support the economical design of manufacturing processes. You work closely with various departments and actively contribute to improvement projects.
Responsibilities:
You create manufacturing bases based on technical orders and documents.
You maintain production and master data in the ERP system and ensure their quality.
You analyse manufacturing costs and production times and support the economical evaluation of orders.
You coordinate technical requirements with the responsible internal departments.
You check and optimise planning parameters and production processes.
You support decisions on in-house production and external procurement with technical foundations.
You identify deviations in production data and initiate appropriate corrections.
You actively participate in process optimisations and improvement projects.
Qualifications:
You have completed a technical vocational training, for example as a polymechanic EFZ or metalworker EFZ.
Ideally, you have experience in production planning, work preparation, or industrial manufacturing.
You have preferably completed a technical or business management further education.
You are familiar with ERP systems and MS Office and work confidently with technical data.
You convince with analytical thinking and a good understanding of numbers.
You work independently, structured, and reliably, recognise improvement potentials, and communicate confidently with various departments.
