Your mission:
For one of our clients in the public sector, we are seeking a trilingual FR/DE/IT Case Manager and Customer Support
Start date: No later than 1st October 2026
End of contract: 30th March 2027
Duration of contract: 6 months
Work rate: 100%
Your tasks:
Mission:
The appointed person will primarily be responsible for providing business support activities (telephone and email) related to the portal. They may also have tasks related to administrative management and data control.
Specifically, you will be expected to:
• Process, check and monitor data and announcements, notably from service organisers or compensation funds;
• Analyse and handle cases of errors or inconsistencies in the data;
• Respond to user requests and provide first-level support;
• Assist users with questions related to data, portal usage and processes;
• Participate in verifying the quality of portal data;
• Document cases handled and ensure their follow-up (ticketing);
• Participate in functional testing of the portal in collaboration with IT teams;
• Identify recurring problems and propose improvements to processes or tools;
• Contribute more broadly to operational management and the smooth running of applications.
The role therefore involves a combination of administrative work, data control, case analysis, user support and collaboration with IT.
Your profile:
Your profile:
• Commercial employee certificate (CFC) or equivalent commercial training;
• 3 to 5 years of experience in an administrative or case management role, ideally also in customer support;
• Initial experience in social insurance, compensation funds or a similar administrative environment;
• Proficiency with IT tools and data management;
• Analytical mindset and good ability to identify and understand errors or inconsistencies;
• Strong learning and adaptability skills allowing you to work comfortably in an environment governed by constantly evolving processes and rules;
• Rigour and good organisational skills;
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with various stakeholders;
• Strong service orientation and ease in contact with clients (portal users) and internal partners.
Knowledge of Swiss social insurance processes is a significant advantage.
