Diet Cook or Cook

For our client, a leading healthcare company in Northwestern Switzerland, we are looking for a dedicated diet cook or cook (m/f/d). The innovative company provides medical care to over 300,000 people and is regarded as an important training provider in the region with state-of-the-art facilities at three locations.
 

Your tasks

• Professional preparation of all meals for patients, staff and external customers using the cook-and-chill method
• Specialised preparation of individual diet menus and therapeutic diets 
• Quality assurance during meal distribution and line control 
• Active involvement in special occasions, banquets and catering events 
• Leadership support in guiding production staff and apprentices
 

Your profile

• Completed chef apprenticeship with federal certificate of competence (EFZ), ideally with additional qualification as diet cook EFZ/FA 
• Several years of professional experience in gastronomy or hotel industry with in-depth knowledge of cold and hot cuisine 
• Solid IT skills and affinity for modern kitchen technology 
• Team-oriented working style and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
