Responsibilities:
- Management of the general ledger as well as control of accounts payable/receivable.
- Preparation of VAT returns and statistics to keep everything in view.
- Execution of payroll accounting and management of time tracking to ensure the numbers are correct.
- Personnel administration from A to Z: from contracts, through references to changes.
- Support in financial planning and liquidity monitoring to keep finances stable.
- Maintenance and further development of ERP systems for HR and accounting to increase efficiency.
- Coordination of HR projects such as employee development and training.
- Close collaboration with the finance and HR team to continuously improve processes.
Qualifications:
- Completed commercial basic training with further education in accounting or human resources.
- Experience in accounting and payroll administration to confidently manage daily tasks.
- Solid ERP knowledge (e.g. Abacus, SAP) that you can apply securely.
- Independent and structured working style to work efficiently and goal-oriented.
- Good communication skills as well as discretion in handling confidential data.
- Organisational talent and the necessary flexibility to keep an overview even in dynamic situations.
- Strong affinity for numbers and analytical thinking to keep track of financial flows.
- Very good German skills and ideally good English skills.
