Located in the Vevey region, between town and countryside, the Cité du Genévrier welcomes adults with disabilities due to intellectual impairment. A multidisciplinary and multi-site structure, it offers those it accommodates a particularly harmonious living and working environment as well as a range of skills adapted to the needs and aspirations of each individual.
Integrated into the Eben-Hézer Foundation, the Cité du Genévrier is the custodian of the moral testament of its founder, Sister Julie Hofmann. It therefore considers the happiness of the people it welcomes as the ultimate goal of its action.
To complete our night team, we are looking for two collaborators (M/F) as
ASSC for the Night Watch Service at a 50% activity rate
Mission
The main mission of this role is to ensure the comfort and physical and psychological well-being of residents during the night and to ensure the continuity of overall support between the day and night teams for each of them in collaboration with the night watch staff.
Desired Profile
Hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a Community Health and Care Assistant
Have at least 1 year of experience in the field of intellectual disability
Know how to use PEG and PEJ
You are proficient with common computer tools, hold a driving licence, and are willing to work irregular hours including weekends.
