Orthopaedic Shoemaker 60-100% Permanent Contract (M/F/D)
Responsibilities
- Manufacture bespoke orthopaedic shoes as well as models adapted to the specific needs of patients
- Carry out modifications, adjustments and repairs of various types of shoes
- Take measurements, technical recordings and analyses necessary for manufacturing
- Ensure fittings, adjustments and delivery of the completed equipment
- Advise and support patients throughout the care process
- Develop and maintain trusting relationships with medical partners and various stakeholders
- Participate in the daily management of a production workshop and contribute to its smooth operation
Profile
- Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as orthopaedic shoemaker
- At least 3 years of proven professional experience in a similar role
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine sense of service
- Work independently while appreciating teamwork
- Have good organisational skills and be solution-oriented
- Fluency in French; knowledge of German or English is an asset
