Property Manager for an Owner 80%-100% M/F

Responsibilities
- Ensure the day-to-day management of a real estate portfolio (commercial premises) and ensure the proper functioning of the properties.
- Coordinate maintenance, security and upkeep activities with internal teams and external service providers.
- Define and implement asset enhancement strategies in line with the company’s objectives.
- Prepare, monitor and control operating budgets as well as financial performance indicators.
- Manage rents, contractual deadlines and administrative aspects related to leases.
- Conduct negotiations related to lease contracts, amendments and renewals.
- Maintain relationships with owners, tenants, subtenants, property managers and other external partners.
- Participate in the preparation and monitoring of renovation, transformation or improvement projects of the assets.
- Represent the company with various real estate market stakeholders and competent authorities when necessary.
Candidate Profile
- Federal VET Diploma in real estate or equivalent training.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a 360° Property Manager in Switzerland MANDATORY
- Proven experience in negotiating commercial leases (MANDATORY) and managing relationships with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of administrative, legal, financial and technical aspects related to property management.
- Excellent organisational, analytical and priority management skills.
- Ability to manage several files simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
- Service-oriented, good interpersonal skills and ability to defend the company’s interests with diplomacy and conviction.
