Senior System Engineer Pre-Sales (m/f/d)

Role:
Good solutions arise where technical understanding meets genuine listening. This is exactly where the position of Senior System Engineer Pre-Sales comes in. You accompany customers from the initial idea to a viable concept in the areas of infrastructure, IT security, and modern workplace. You move confidently between engineering and sales, bringing both worlds together.
Responsibilities:
You examine existing IT landscapes and derive suitable solution approaches.
You independently design workshops and presentations and convince with well-founded arguments.
Furthermore, you develop architecture and implementation concepts for demanding projects.
You support new and existing customers in technical consulting and prepare offers.
Additionally, you provide professional support to technical teams in ongoing projects.
You also monitor new technologies on the market and contribute impulses to solution development.
Qualifications:
You have completed IT training or have a comparable background.
Several years of experience in system engineering or technical sales shape your profile.
You are well versed in Microsoft environments, virtualisation, and network technology.
Knowledge of backup solutions as well as experience with archiving and storage technologies complete your expertise.
You enjoy interacting with customers and convince with clear communication.
Moreover, you work independently, organised, and with a focus on the best solution.
