Here are the main tasks of the position:

• You have a creative streak to find original solutions to customer problems.

• You speak fluent German and Swiss German; excellent knowledge of French is essential.

• A true news enthusiast, you are interested in a wide variety of topics and always stay up to date.

• Thanks to your sociable, empathetic and patient nature, you easily find the right tone for each customer.

• You place great importance on quality and are convinced that our product is the best.
