HR Payroll Specialist - Immediate Start (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF95,000 - 105,000Role:
For our ROCKEN partner, an established company in the food and agriculture sector in the Zurich Oberland, we are looking for a committed specialist in payroll and HR. In a small, collegial team of three people, you will take responsibility for the entire payroll processing and actively contribute to the operational HR day-to-day business. The position offers you a varied range of tasks with direct contact to employees and managers.

Responsibilities:
You are responsible for all changes as well as entries and exits
You prepare the year-end accounts and salary statements
You handle social insurances, withholding taxes, family allowances as well as sickness and accident notifications and check these
You maintain and check personnel and salary data in the HR systems
You manage time recording and support with working time-related queries
You are the contact person for employees and managers on questions regarding payroll, social insurances and HR
You participate in personnel administration as well as in HR projects and processes
Qualifications:
You have a commercial basic education as well as further training in HR, payroll or social insurances
You bring several years of practical experience in payroll processing
You have very good knowledge of Swiss social insurance and labour law
You work confidently with MS Office, especially Excel, and are characterised by an independent, precise and structured way of working
You convince through discretion, service orientation and confident German in spoken and written form
