To strengthen its "Networks" department, FMV is immediately or by agreement seeking a
Land Manager and Right of Way 80% to 100%
In this role, you will work within the Lines sector of the "Networks" department.
Your mission
You are responsible for negotiations with private landowners, authorities, and other stakeholders concerning high-voltage lines and infrastructure projects. You ensure rights of way and easements, manage compensations, and represent the company’s interests in authorisation procedures as well as during objections.
Additionally, you manage and administer the companies’ real estate and land portfolio, including rentals, leases, and purchase and sale negotiations. You also engage in similar matters for the production department.
The position requires negotiation skills, determination, and solid knowledge in land, real estate, and contract management.
Your profile
- Basic commercial training EFZ or equivalent qualification
- Several years of experience in administrative and coordination tasks
- Experience in contacts with landowners, authorities, municipalities, and external partners
- Knowledge or experience in real estate, easements, land registry, or rights of way
- Writing skills
- Technical and legal knowledge
- Ability to take initiative in developing solutions
- Negotiation skills
- Empathy
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Native French or German speaker with a good knowledge of the other language (minimum B2)
