Our client is the mooh Cooperative: The largest agricultural milk marketing organisation in Switzerland. Around 2,800 producers deliver over 600 million kg of milk annually – marketed both nationally and internationally.
The current market situation presents mooh Cooperative with major challenges: high milk volumes, limited sales opportunities, and increasing price pressure lead to a tense situation, especially for our producers.
All the more central is milk procurement: It is not only about securing quantities but about shaping sustainable and appreciative producer relationships, strengthening trust, and jointly developing perspectives.

What can you achieve?
- Producer-oriented positioning and further development of mooh milk procurement (purchase conditions, contract management, communication)
- Active maintenance and development of producer relationships
- Competent contact person for all concerns of mooh milk producers (from the office and on site)
- Ensuring a high level of service and care standards
- Leadership and development of the 5-member team
To succeed in this, your profile is:
- Sound knowledge of milk production in Switzerland and strong motivation to support our members
- High credibility in dealing with producers and an excellent network in the agricultural environment
- Strong market understanding and entrepreneurial thinking with negotiation skills and decisiveness
- Enthusiastic user of digital communication tools / experience from digitalisation projects
- Very good German and French language skills
