Les Vignes, a young structure to nurture

Opened in October 2025 in Blonay, the CVE Les Vignes welcomes 22 children from 4 months to 4 and a half years old. Its educational project focuses on discovery, play, nature and theatricality, in an environment where imagination and creativity are at the heart of daily life. A recent structure is also a page still largely to be written: your perspective and ideas will matter.

Your mission

• Lead and develop the educational team, with leadership that is both caring and structuring.

• Support and bring to life the Foundation’s educational project.

• Manage organisation, placements and human and financial resources, in partnership with centralised services.

• Ensure the health and safety of children, in accordance with the SCAJE reference framework.

• Build trusting relationships with families, your peers and network partners.

Your profile

• Tertiary diploma as a childhood educator (ES/HES) or equivalent qualification.

• Training in institutional management or team management recognised by SCAJE (CAS, DAS or equivalent), completed or in progress.

• Proven experience in childcare, including successful team leadership experience.

• Organisational skills, ease with numbers and IT tools.

• Interest in an education focused on play, creativity and theatricality.

• Natural curiosity and desire to explore new approaches, for yourself and your team.
