As part of a permanent position for a renowned client in French-speaking Switzerland, we are looking for a Building Project Manager - Transformation/Renovation to join the teams in the canton of Vaud.
Building Project Manager - Transformation
- Degree in Building Engineering/Technology
- Recognised experience in Switzerland as a Project Manager (minimum 8 years)
- Experience in Transformation/Renovation Structural work projects
- Reliable and consistent leader/manager
- Solution-oriented and excellent communicator
- Willingness to commit long-term and to advance the existing team and the company.
- Development of the technical organisation of the site - Methods - Planning - Submission of
- Management of prevention, safety and environmental actions on site
- Technical execution of the site in close collaboration with our site teams
- Preparation and monitoring of additional offers and quotes
- Administrative management of the site
- Team management (Site Manager, etc.)
- Budget management of the site
- Site handover
