Sole Accountant with Payroll Focus - Rapperswil-Jona (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
You independently manage the financial accounting including subsidiary ledgers for several companies within the corporate group
You take over accounts receivable and accounts payable management including payment transactions, dunning, and monitoring of open items
You prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to Swiss GAAP FER in cooperation with an external fiduciary, including VAT returns
You participate in budgeting, liquidity planning, and forecasts and support audits and year-end closing tasks
You continuously develop accounting-related processes as well as the accounting structure in the ERP system SelectLine
You independently and punctually handle payroll processing from A to Z, including year-end settlements with support from an external fiduciary
You act as a practical trainer for apprentices in accounting and HR and provide general administrative support
Qualifications:
You have completed a commercial basic education in fiduciary services or have several years of relevant professional experience
Further training in personnel and/or social insurance as well as in accounting is an advantage
You speak German as your mother tongue and have good English skills
You are confident in using MS Office; knowledge of SelectLine or a similar system is an advantage
You work independently, in a structured and careful manner, and like to contribute actively
