At the Belle Saison Foundation, recognised as a public interest organisation, we have a clear mission: to provide humane, respectful and innovative support to those who need it most. Present throughout the La Côte region, our Foundation brings together 5 medico-social establishments (EMS), 4 temporary reception centres (CAT) and 3 protected housing units (LP), offering a range of services tailored to each situation.

Main missions:

• Provide individualised care to residents according to the scope of practice;
• Respond to the support needs of residents;
• Participate in the supervision of trainees and apprentices.

Required skills:

• A nursing diploma recognised by the Swiss Red Cross;
• An interest in irregular hours and interdisciplinary work;
• Good interpersonal skills and proactivity;
• Good knowledge of IT tools and French (spoken and written);
