Personnel Consultant in Accommodation Sector 100% (m/f) - Geneva

Since 2002, One Placement SA has been a temporary and permanent employment agency in Geneva, Vaud, and Basel specialising in the following sectors: tertiary, industry, technical, construction, medical and hospitality.

In order to complete our team for the hospitality-housekeeping department, we are currently looking for a:

• Your profile:

- You have experience as a general housekeeper or equivalent, in luxury establishments in Geneva or Vaud.

- You possess extensive knowledge of the local market and its players through your network gained by your field presence and/or contacts.

- You master the professions related to the sector in order to recruit and support suitable candidates.

- You have acquired solid experience that allows you to be a seasoned trainer in room service techniques.

• Your mission:

- You prospect new partners and provide personalised client follow-up.

- You are responsible for organising the administrative management of your sector.

- You discover talents, which you propose according to mandates for both permanent and temporary positions.

- You prepare and publish advertisements on various sites.

- You anticipate your candidate sourcing.

- You ensure commercial follow-up with various partners.

• Required skills:

- Taste for challenge, sense of responsibility & tenacity

- Qualified in the hotel sector with several years of experience and Swiss references.

- Able to work independently and in pairs with a keen sense of communication, kindness and human contact.

- Excellent interpersonal skills, open-minded with values aligned with our company.

- Proficient in IT tools (MS Office, Zoom, Teams) and social networks

Excellent command of written and spoken French, English is an asset.
