This is what you can look forward to.
You work in a team that manages the track renewal portfolio: from planning through to realisation and commissioning. Together with internal and external partners, we ensure timely, safe and cost-conscious solutions and optimise the entire process chain. Benefits such as a free GA travelcard, discounted travel abroad – also for the family – can be found on our website under Benefits.
This is what you can achieve.
- We drive business optimisations in the track renewal process (rail renewal) within the Infrastructure Division with a focus on costs, processes, data continuity and quality.
- You identify strategic and operational development potentials along the entire value chain, develop forward-looking solution approaches and manage these through to implementation.
- As a project manager, you take responsibility for demanding change and development projects in a dynamic environment with diverse dependencies and stakeholders.
- You lead development projects from the concept phase through to realisation and successful anchoring and impact measurement in operations.
- In close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, you connect technical, organisational and digital topics.
- In doing so, you bring in new ideas, adapt proven approaches to existing challenges and actively shape the further development of track renewal.
This is what you bring with you.
- You are an interested and open personality who takes responsibility and drives change with a high degree of initiative. You promote constructive collaboration and actively contribute to a positive team spirit.
- With your methodological and conceptual strength, you analyse complex issues and develop viable solutions. You have experience in project management and navigate confidently in an environment with diverse stakeholders and interests.
- You have a strong affinity for digitalisation, data management, AI and low-code platforms. At the same time, you understand economic contexts and use data and information analytically to identify potentials for sustainable development.
- You communicate appropriately and convincingly across different hierarchical levels. Experience in infrastructure, construction/rail environments as well as knowledge of relevant standards and norms are advantageous.
- A completed higher education (FH/University) in business informatics, business administration, engineering, logistics or a comparable field is required.
- You can communicate fluently in German, both spoken and written (minimum C1). Additionally, good French or Italian skills (from B1) complete your profile.
