Responsibilities:
- You manage the financial accounting(s) up to the financial statements
- You take over personnel administration (contracts, onboarding and offboarding notifications, salaries, references, etc.)
- You complete tax forms (VAT and withholding tax) and submit them
- You handle a thousand little things that no one thinks about but without which "the place" would not run
Qualifications:
- You have a commercial basic education as well as further training in finance and/or HR (federal diploma/Bachelor level)
- You have several years of professional experience in a similar position
- You have good communication skills in German
- You are characterised by your organisational and solution-oriented personality
