Description du poste
Position:
Are you looking for a client relationship role within a leading multi-family office where you can build on your existing experience and develop your career?
This is a broad Front Office / Client Relationship position supporting and developing relationships with HNW/UHNW clients and their advisors. The level of responsibility will depend on your experience, making this an interesting opportunity for someone with around 2-3 years' experience through to a more experienced professional looking to take the next step in their career.
You will work closely with senior Relationship Managers and a range of internal and external specialists, gaining exposure to complex international structures, trusts, corporate matters, cross-jurisdictional assets, private equity and wealth planning.
The role combines client relationship support with a significant amount of hands-on administration and financial analysis. It would suit someone who enjoys working across both the detail and the bigger picture, is comfortable dealing with figures and documentation, and has a genuine interest in understanding and supporting clients' affairs.
Candidates coming from a Big 4 audit/advisory, tax, trust, wealth planning or similar financial services background could also be well suited, particularly if looking to move into a more commercially focused, in-house Front Office environment. This is a particularly good opportunity for someone who wants genuine exposure to UHNW clients and complex international matters, with the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility and develop their career within a highly collaborative multi-family office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and develop long-term relationships with HNW/UHNW clients, family members and their advisors
- Work closely with senior Relationship Managers on key client relationships and, depending on experience, take increasing responsibility for client matters
- Coordinate with internal teams including legal, compliance, trust, accounting, investments, philanthropy and risk
- Liaise with external professionals including lawyers, tax specialists, trustees and asset managers
- Assist with or manage banking payments, account openings, compliance documentation, risk reviews and debt monitoring
- Prepare detailed client reporting packs, financial analysis and meeting materials, using Excel extensively
- Assist with financial processes including loan schedules, reporting and analysis of client structures
- Gain exposure to trusts, corporate structures, estate planning, tax and other family office services
- Support the presentation and coordination of the Group's services to clients and their advisors
- Contribute to internal projects, business development and marketing initiatives where required
- Take responsibility for both strategic projects and day-to-day administration, with a proactive "get things done" approach
Profil recherché
Profile:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting or a related discipline
- Approximately 2-6+ years' relevant experience, depending on level, ideally gained within financial services, Big 4 audit/advisory, tax, trusts, wealth planning or a similar environment
- Strong client service skills and an interest in developing long-term client relationships
- Strong numerical ability, with confidence interpreting financial statements and analysing financial information
- Excellent Excel and MS Office skills
- Highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage both detailed administration and broader client matters
- Comfortable working with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
- Mature, adaptable and solutions-focused, with a strong sense of initiative
- Some practical knowledge of trusts, corporate structures, tax or wealth planning would be advantageous but is not essential
- An accounting or tax qualification such as ACA, ACCA or an international equivalent would be advantageous for the more experienced profile, but is not essential
- Fluent or bilingual English
- Ideally already based in the Zurich area, or with compelling reasons for relocation
- Swiss, EU/EFTA nationality or otherwise eligible to hold a Swiss work permit
