Communications Officer - 100%
Within the Communications Department, you contribute to informing our audiences and highlighting Assura’s commitments and actions. You hold a cross-functional and multichannel role, involving defining communication plans, project management, and writing, in a demanding environment where your synthesis skills and attention to detail make the difference.
What you do daily
- You design and write content for Assura’s print and digital channels, including social media posts, internal communications, and information for clients. Your goal: to produce clear, attractive content tailored to the audiences addressed. To do this, you adjust the tone, format, and level of information so that each message is relevant and accessible.
- As a proactive contributor, you propose thematic ideas. Curious and meticulous, you research, carefully verify, and structure information before translating it into content, with constant attention to detail.
- Your organisational skills allow you to plan and coordinate the various contributors and production stages to ensure the timely distribution of materials, and you propose visuals suited to the media and messages to be conveyed and, where appropriate, support their production.
- In parallel, you manage communication projects from A to Z. In close collaboration with internal teams, you analyse needs, propose communication plans, and ensure their implementation with rigour and autonomy. You participate in managing press relations by responding to journalists’ requests through information gathering, message development, and validation.
What you bring to the team
- A university degree (communications, literature, or social and political sciences) complemented by a diploma in institutional communication / PR. You have at least 5 years’ experience in institutional communication.
- As a native French speaker, you have excellent writing skills and a strong command of spelling. Ideally, you are proficient in German, both spoken and written.
- Comfortable with digital tools, you master the main creation, content management, and social media publishing tools.
- You have an interest in Swiss public and political institutions and appreciate dynamic and demanding environments. Experience in insurance or health sectors is a strong asset.

- 40-hour work week (100%)
- Minimum 5 weeks’ holiday
- Possibility of remote work

- Attractive social benefits and significant discount on health insurance
