What you can contribute
- represent the head of staff for technical, organisational, strategic and personnel matters
- assume, together with the head of staff, the planning and management tasks of the directorate unit and co-lead financial controlling
- coordinate parliamentary affairs, oversee their content, deadlines and progress, and regularly inform the head of the directorate unit
- manage procurement and contracts, ensure the economic and legally compliant execution of procurements and subsidies, advise contract managers on public procurement law issues
- support and relieve the management team of the directorate unit in business management tasks and issues, collaborate on cross-cutting missions and files of the staff
What makes you unique
- degree from a university of applied sciences or higher education institution, preferably in business administration or an equivalent discipline; an advantage: knowledge of public procurement and experience in this field
- excellent ability to think and act analytically and systemically, with a business management perspective
- strong interest in political processes and health policy topics; ideally, experience in political or parliamentary affairs
- strong sense of responsibility, high commitment and cooperative spirit; ability to work independently and in a structured manner
- very good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel; an advantage: knowledge of SAP software; active knowledge of two official languages and, if possible, passive knowledge of the third
