In your role as Training Manager, you are part of the central vocational training team, consisting of the management and two colleagues. Together with the network of decentralised training managers and trainers, you shape the learning process for various EFZ and tertiary level professions both within and outside the medical field.

YOUR TASKS
- You take responsibility for the learning process of the assigned apprentices and students and ensure high training quality with the necessary coordination and administration
- You actively contribute to the further development of our educational concepts
- You coach the trainers, lead them professionally and ensure their vocational pedagogical competence
- You lead the vocational training specialist group and manage its further development
- You implement educational marketing measures and actively participate in network meetings
- You develop, plan and design learning units in theory and practice
YOUR PROFILE
- You have completed tertiary-level education, preferably in healthcare
- Complemented by the federal certificate as a trainer (SVEB 2) or equivalent
- You have several years of professional experience in a comparable role
- You bring high social competence, especially in communication, cooperation and conflict resolution
- You have an independent, conscientious and reliable working style with a high awareness of quality
- You are an organisational talent and can easily set the right priorities in daily business
- You are proficient in the daily use of common MS Office programmes
- Your German skills are very good both orally and in writing (min. level C1)
