French / German Customer Relations Specialist – 100%

Local SME, constantly developing, well established in Switzerland and internationally, is strengthening its commercial division in French-speaking Switzerland.

For this, we are looking for a:

YOUR MISSION

At the heart of customer relations, you are a true interface between the sales department, after-sales service and operations.

You actively contribute to service quality, process efficiency and customer satisfaction.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing customer relations in support of the sales and after-sales service departments
• Supporting clients and internal teams (sales, technical, administrative)
• Monitoring and processing orders and invoicing
• Occasional preparation of commercial offers
• Data analysis, reporting and production of statistics
• Participating in the monitoring and optimisation of internal projects

YOUR PROFILE

• You have already independently managed orders, invoicing and customer follow-up
• You are proactive and precise
• You have a genuine service mindset and a commercial flair
• You enjoy working in project mode and managing several topics simultaneously
• You are comfortable with an ERP (Abacus or Odoo a strong asset)
• You have excellent command of Excel and are comfortable with numbers
• You are able to communicate professionally in German or Swiss German - a plus (min. B2 required)
• You know how to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, with rigour, composure and conciseness
• You are recognised for your reliability, commitment and ability to drive matters forward

YOUR SKILLS

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally in Switzerland
• Proficiency with common IT tools and an ERP
