In this role, you will work within the Asset Management sector of the Production department.

Your mission

Your mission is to take charge of the operation management of the assigned hydroelectric and photovoltaic facilities, with a structured, reliable, and long-term oriented approach.

You coordinate the interfaces between internal and external stakeholders, joint venture companies, authorities, and specialised service providers. You ensure the safety, maintenance, upkeep, and availability of the infrastructures, while guaranteeing rigorous management of data, processes, and issues related to operations.

In this role, you contribute to representing the interests of the assigned facilities within the commissions and bodies of the joint venture companies.

Through your commitment, you participate in strengthening the quality of operations, collaboration with regional partners, and the security of supply of renewable electricity.

You provide reporting to the competent bodies and actively support strategic planning as well as the continuous improvement of the Asset Management sector.

Your profile

• Higher education in a technical field such as mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, civil engineering or equivalent training, ideally complemented by an awareness of energy and infrastructure issues
• Proven experience in the maintenance, upkeep or operation of technical infrastructures, ideally in the energy sector or critical infrastructures
• Good understanding of the technical, operational and safety issues related to the operation of hydroelectric infrastructures
• Experience in managing technical projects and coordinating external service providers
• Strong interest in hydroelectric operations, environmental, regulatory and institutional issues, as well as collaboration with joint venture companies
• Clear communication adapted to different stakeholders, with good coordination, negotiation and interface management skills
• Autonomous, responsible and structured personality, capable of managing several files in parallel, prioritising issues and working in a multidisciplinary environment
• Native German or French speaker with a very good knowledge of the other language (level B2-C1) and good English skills
