Visual Communication Intern (80-100%)
Bring to life the messages that move the plant!
As part of the deployment of OUR Silver, we want to strengthen the impact of our communication with the production teams. Our challenge? To transform sometimes complex information into simple, engaging, and easy-to-understand visual content on the ground.
If you enjoy telling stories through images, designing visuals that capture attention, and making communication more effective, this internship is for you.
Your responsibilities:
- Create attractive and impactful visual materials for operational teams.
- Transform strategic messages into simple, clear, and easy-to-understand content.
- Design posters, infographics, illustrations, presentations, and other internal communication materials.
- Develop visual templates and standards ensuring a coherent graphic identity across the entire site.
- Rethink Mission & Vision content into dynamic visual formats with minimal text.
- Highlight successes, field initiatives, and best practices of the teams.
- Simplify communication around projects, objectives, results, and gains achieved.
- Participate in communication campaigns aimed at strengthening corporate culture and employee engagement.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the employee experience through more impactful communication.
How to convince us:
- You are a student in marketing, communication, graphic design, or an equivalent field (University of Applied Sciences, university, or specialised school).
- You have excellent visual sensitivity, demonstrate creativity, and are able to transform complex messages into simple, clear, and impactful materials.
- You master visual creation tools such as PowerPoint, Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- You have a good understanding of visual communication principles, layout, branding, and graphic identity.
- You are able to adapt your communication to different audiences, notably in an industrial environment and for an operator audience.
- You are recognised for your attention to detail, rigour, and ability to ensure the consistency of communication materials.
- Native French or German speaker, with a good command of the other language.
