Energy Transition Consultant & Executive Search

You will support companies active in the energy transition in identifying and recruiting their future talents: experts, managers and executives. Whether you come from executive search or the energy sector, you will be able to leverage your expertise, develop new skills and contribute to meaningful recruitments.

You will manage your recruitment assignments from start to finish and develop your client portfolio autonomously, in a structured environment with clear objectives. You will also actively participate in the growth and visibility of eneo, an entity in full development.

• You develop and retain a client portfolio by advising them on their recruitment challenges, particularly in the field of energy transition.
• You analyse your clients’ needs, understand their technical and organisational challenges, and define an appropriate search strategy with them.
• You identify, approach and attract experts, managers and executives through a proactive approach, direct contact and targeted sourcing methods.
• You develop and maintain a network of qualified talents while deepening your knowledge of the market and its developments.
• You conduct in-depth interviews, assess candidates’ skills and motivations, and present relevant profiles to your clients, with a reasoned analysis of their suitability for the role.
• You support your clients and candidates at every stage of the process, from defining the need to decision-making and final negotiation.
• You manage your mandates from start to finish and ensure the quality of the experience offered to each contact, up to the integration of talents and monitoring of their probation period.
• You actively contribute to the development of eneo by promoting its expertise, expanding your network and representing the company at professional events.

• You hold a higher education degree (university, university of applied sciences or equivalent training).
• You have proven experience, ideally five years or more, in executive search, managerial recruitment or the energy transition sector. You know the Swiss market or have a good understanding of its challenges.
• You are fluent in French and have an excellent professional level in English. Knowledge of German is an asset.
• You have a strong commercial mindset and know how to develop lasting trust-based relationships with high-level contacts.
• Autonomous and organised, you know how to manage your priorities, handle several projects simultaneously and progress with clear objectives.
• You have excellent analytical skills and quickly understand the technical, strategic, organisational and human challenges of your contacts.
• You are interested in technical environments and wish to contribute to the developments in the energy transition sector.
• You demonstrate curiosity, discernment and a true advisory sense. You know how to build trust and support your contacts in their decision-making.
