Your tasks with the new employer

• You initiate and implement projects and processes with which you continuously develop the HR team and the organisation
• The professional and personnel management of around six employees is part of your daily routine. Your deputy is ensured by an HR Business Partner (once a week you have to travel to Western Switzerland)
• In addition to conceptual work, you also support the operational day-to-day business if necessary, e.g. in case of high workload or absence due to vacation
• You are responsible for personnel costs and keep an eye on them together with management
• In case of questions and challenging situations, you work closely with the affected employees, managers and HR Business Partners in Zurich and once a week in Western Switzerland

You offer your new employer

• You have a qualification in Human Resources Management (e.g. as NDS HR Manager)
• Abacus, SAP or other HR tools are very familiar to you
• You bring at least six years of professional experience in a comparable HR leadership role
• Thanks to your communication skills in French at level C1, your ability to work in a team and your solution-oriented way of working, you are a valued contact person
• You are proficient in personnel administration, payroll process, analyses and evaluations as well as coaching of employees
