LEAN Method Coach

Do you want to actively drive improvements and inspire employees for efficient processes? As a Lean Method Coach, you accompany our focus and improvement projects from planning to implementation, convey Lean methods, and support the departments in the sustainable development of their workflows.

Additionally, you help shape the digitalisation and automation of administrative processes and develop practical solutions for simpler and more efficient working methods using the Microsoft 365 environment and approved AI models.

Your tasks

• Accompanying focus and improvement projects from analysis to sustainable implementation
• Analysing existing processes and identifying potential improvements
• Conducting workshops, training sessions, and audits on Lean methods and their practical application
• Supporting departments in the introduction and further development of Lean principles
• Identifying and implementing digitalisation potentials in administrative processes, for example with Microsoft Forms, Power BI, Power Automate, and SharePoint
• Promoting a culture of continuous improvement and supporting employees through changes

Your profile

• Education or further training in Lean Management, Process Management, Business Administration, Digitalisation, or a comparable field
• Experience in applying Lean methods and accompanying improvement projects is an advantage
• Experience in process analysis and conducting workshops or training sessions is an advantage
• Strong affinity for digitalisation and process automation as well as good knowledge of the Microsoft 365 environment
• Analytical, structured, and proactive working style with a strong will to implement
• Strong communication skills, enthusiasm, and enjoyment in motivating employees for improvements
