Head of Recycling Centre 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

We are looking for a leader with overall responsibility for the operation of the recycling centre. Your duties include leading, promoting and further developing the employees as well as planning efficient personnel deployment. You will take on administrative and organisational tasks including billing for the services of the recycling centre and continuously develop operational processes as well as existing and new recycling and disposal solutions. In doing so, you actively participate in day-to-day business, plan and monitor maintenance and servicing work, and coordinate collaboration with internal and external stakeholders as well as authorities.

What do I need to be successful?

For this exciting and varied role, you bring a completed training as a recycler or comparable qualification as well as several years of professional experience in the recycling or disposal sector and leadership experience. You are characterised by entrepreneurial thinking, organisational talent, and a responsible and customer-oriented personality. Your working style is independent, structured and solution-oriented, and you enjoy developing employees and processes. In addition, you have experience handling sorting excavators, pneumatic loaders and forklifts. Very good German and MS Office skills complete your profile.
