Quality Controller (M/F)

Main Responsibilities

• You carry out the aesthetic and functional inspection of watch heads, movements, and components according to established procedures and current quality standards.
• You identify any non-conformities, analyse detected defects, and decide on actions to be taken in accordance with defined guidelines.
• You ensure the recording and monitoring of inspection results in dedicated IT systems.
• You manage the administrative and IT processing of products, from their reception to the follow-up of parts requiring intervention.
• You share quality information with various stakeholders and contribute to activity reporting.
• You support production teams by providing your expertise during the identification of defects or quality issues.
• You actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives by proposing solutions aimed at optimising methods, tools, and inspection standards.
• You demonstrate versatility by occasionally supporting final inspection or watch assembly activities.

Your Profile

• Technical or watchmaking training (AFP Watchmaking Operator or equivalent).
• TQ1 training is an advantage.
• Experience in watch quality control.
• Good proficiency in reading plans and using inspection tools.
• Knowledge of watch products, movements, and watches.
• Comfortable with IT tools, SAP being a plus.
• Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
• Rigour, attention to detail, and excellent observation skills.
