By joining deRham, you actively contribute to the quality of our data and working methods. Alongside the business teams, you bring our documentation to life and sustainably support the improvement of our practices.
Your mission
- Reporting to the Quality Manager, you write, update, and structure procedures and business documentation to make them clear, coherent, and accessible.
- You work closely with business referents to understand practices, formalise processes, design decision-making maps, and integrate their developments into the documentation system.
- You carry out the necessary extractions and checks to verify the compliance of data, files, and practices. You identify discrepancies, analyse their causes, and monitor corrective actions until they are resolved.
- You identify bottlenecks and duplications in our processes, propose concrete improvements to the business teams, and support them until implementation.
- You participate in maintaining and improving the quality management system, as well as preparing for internal and external audits.
- You support employees in applying procedures and best practices, answer their questions, and report training needs to HR contacts.
- In partnership with a junior colleague, you provide support for business applications and manage user access, handling the most complex requests.
Beyond your background, you stand out by…
- … your solid experience in administrative property management and good knowledge of tenancy law;
- … your excellent ability to write, structure, and simplify processes by translating operational practices into clear procedures;
- … your proven experience in improving processes or work practices;
- … your mastery of Microsoft 365, particularly Excel; experience with GARAIO REM is an asset;
- … your ease in data analysis, quality control, and monitoring corrective actions;
- … your knowledge of document management principles and ISO 9001;
- … your rigour, critical thinking, proactivity, and openness to change, combined with interpersonal ease and pedagogical communication.
