Mandate Manager in Fiduciary Services
Our client is a growing Geneva-based fiduciary offering a human-scale environment, a varied clientele, and broad responsibilities.
As part of their development, we are looking for an experienced fiduciary accountant capable of independently managing a portfolio of mandates.
Responsibilities
- Comprehensive management of Swiss SME mandates
- Accounting and annual closings
- Preparation of VAT returns
- Tax declarations for individuals and corporations
- Management of certain payroll and social insurance issues (training possible)
- Direct contact with clients
- Technical support for more junior colleagues
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in fiduciary services in Switzerland
- Ability to manage several mandates independently and simultaneously
- Good command of closings and VAT
- Good interpersonal skills with clients
- Autonomous, dynamic, and solution-oriented person
- Federal diploma in finance/accounting or ongoing training is an asset
- English is a plus
