About the job
Ensure the availability and safety of the facilities by carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance interventions on all site infrastructures.
As part of strengthening its technical team, our client has commissioned us to find a Maintenance Electrician (Article 13) (M/F) responsible for ensuring the maintenance and proper functioning of its buildings and installations. The position requires broad versatility and a high degree of autonomy in managing daily interventions.
Responsibilities
Maintenance and Technical Interventions
Carry out routine maintenance operations on electrical, sanitary, HVAC installations and other technical equipment.
Perform first-level repairs (minor plumbing, carpentry, hardware repairs, paint touch-ups, various adjustments).
Participate in wiring workstations and basic technical interventions on internal networks.
Ensure the proper functioning of security systems and perform the required periodic tests.
Building and Equipment Monitoring
Regularly check the condition of premises, installations and equipment.
Identify potential anomalies and propose corrective actions.
Contribute to the implementation of preventive maintenance actions to extend the lifespan of equipment.
Operational Support
Manage and follow up on intervention requests issued by users.
Prioritise tasks according to urgency and operational constraints.
Ensure clear and courteous communication with occupants during interventions.
Relationship with Contractors
Support external companies during work requiring specific expertise.
Ensure compliance of services performed and respect of deadlines.
Equipment Management
Monitor stock levels (spare parts, consumables, small equipment).
Report replenishment needs and contribute to optimising resource management.
Candidate Profile
Training
Technical training in one of the following fields: electricity, sanitary, HVAC or building maintenance.
Article 13. An advantage!
Experience
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in multi-technical maintenance, in buildings, industry, offices or similar environments.
Experience in the hotel sector or a demanding environment is a plus.
Skills
Strong knowledge of general maintenance.
Ability to quickly diagnose a fault and intervene effectively.
Comfortable using common maintenance and control tools.
Knowledge of building safety standards.
English: a plus.
