- Monitoring and ensuring timely order processing including export
- Preparation of offers and handling of complaints
- Cooperation with field sales, sales agents and freight forwarders
- Maintenance of master data and management of the product range
- Several years of experience in export and order processing required
- Very good knowledge of German, English and French necessary
- Confident handling of IT systems is expected
- Teamwork and independent working style are required
- Direct contact with international customers from various markets
- Informal culture with flat hierarchies and short decision-making paths
- Varied activities in export order processing with development potential

Tasks
- Support of international customers by telephone and e-mail- Monitoring and ensuring timely order processing including export

- Completed commercial training- Several years of experience in export and order processing required
