Sales Consultant (M/F/D)

As part of the development of its teams, a renowned company is looking for dynamic and results-oriented Sales Consultants to support its clients in choosing the best telecom and digital solutions.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and advise customers in-store.
• Identify needs and propose suitable solutions (mobile, internet, TV, accessories and digital services).
• Develop sales and achieve defined commercial objectives.
• Ensure an exceptional and personalised customer experience.
• Participate in product promotion and store animation.
• Build customer loyalty through quality service.

Profile

• Successful experience in sales, ideally in telecommunications, electronics or retail.
• Strong commercial temperament and a taste for challenge.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
• Marked interest in new technologies.
• Good command of IT tools.
• Fluent French is mandatory.
• English C1 and Spanish minimum B2
