Within a small dynamic team, your daily work is varied and requires great adaptability; you manage transformation and renovation sites.

Within a small dynamic team, your daily work is varied and requires great adaptability; you manage transformation and renovation sites.
Your main tasks
- Mastery of masonry, formwork, reinforcement and concreting work according to Swiss standards.
- Reading and interpretation of SIA plans and technical diagrams.
- Organisation and monitoring of daily work.
- Management of materials, orders and optimisation of resources.
- Quality control of works and respect of tolerances.
- Strict application of HSE safety rules and risk prevention.
- Writing reports, work orders and simple administrative follow-up.
Job requirements:
Your profile
- Federal VET Diploma (CFC) in Masonry or equivalent training.
- Proven experience as a construction team leader in Switzerland.
- Excellent technical skills in structural work.
- Ability to manage unforeseen events and maintain good team dynamics.
- Valid driving licence in Switzerland.
