Internal Sales (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
- Customer support and advice via telephone and email
- Processing and tracking of offers and orders
- Communication and coordination with other departments such as logistics and marketing
- Handling customer enquiries, complaints and returns
- Maintaining customer data and sales information in the CRM system
- Supporting the field sales team with administrative and organisational tasks
- General administrative duties in the sales area
Qualifications:
- Completed commercial basic training
- At least 2 years of professional experience
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of customer contact
- Organisational talent and structured working method
- Confident use of MS Office applications and ERP systems
- Fluent German, French, and Italian skills; English skills are an advantage
