About the job
Orif is present in French-speaking Switzerland with 10 training sites and more than 560 employees. For our Renens site, we are looking for:
A versatile socio-professional instructor (MI) and reintegration officer (MR) at 90-100%
Mission:
Socio-professional support
- Supervise and support beneficiaries in practical and educational activities adapted to them, while providing individualised social support.
- Observe, assess and document the skills, behaviours and potential of each participant.
- Promote autonomy, responsibility and socialisation through the professional and social activities offered.
- Evaluate and support the gradual reintegration of beneficiaries into a work environment.
- Organise and manage the workshop, ensuring planning, availability of materials and smooth running of activities.
- Establish and guarantee a safe and suitable environment for the needs of beneficiaries.
- Design, develop and diversify educational and technical activities in line with the section's budget.
- Contribute to the maintenance and adaptation of support spaces.
- Work closely with interdisciplinary teams and the beneficiaries' network.
Evaluation and follow-up
- Assess rehabilitation abilities taking into account functional limitations.
- Identify residual capacities as well as potential for progress.
- Participate in the development, implementation and monitoring of individualised projects.
- Organise and participate in interim and final reviews with internal, external networks and clients.
- Write reports intended for clients.
Profile and skills:
- Federal VET Diploma (CFC) (primary, secondary or tertiary sector)
- MSP-ES diploma or equivalent socio-educational training (required).
- Strong interest in supervising adolescents and young adults with health impairments.
- Positive, dynamic personality, showing initiative.
- Creative skills, experience in a craft field is an asset.
- Excellent ability to work interdisciplinarily.
- Proficiency with IT tools and good writing skills.
- Driving licence.
