Accounting Specialist (m/f/d)

- You are responsible for managing the financial, accounts payable and accounts receivable accounting (including payment transactions and dunning)
- You are responsible for preparing and submitting VAT returns and tax declarations
- You prepare monthly and annual financial statements and assist with reporting
- You manage the general ledger as well as fixed asset accounting
- You support consolidation
- You assist with personnel administration
- You are responsible for managing personnel time recording
- You constructively assist with payroll preparation
Qualifications:
- Completed commercial training with further education as a specialist in finance and accounting
- At least 3 years of solid professional experience in accounting
- Experience in human resources is an advantage
- ERP knowledge (ideally proAlpha) is an advantage
- Solution- and team-oriented personality
- Independent and precise working style
- Additionally, you are a flexible and reliable person with a friendly, open and communicative manner.
