Your responsibilities

• Active participation in à la carte and banquet service
• Preparation of the monthly inventory
• Assistance in organising and implementing the kitchen concept and general cleaning tasks
• Responsibility for smooth operational and administrative processes in the kitchen area and proactive communication with all hotel departments
• Leading the kitchen team and creating duty and absence schedules according to L-GAV guidelines
• Monitoring, compliance & implementation of all hygiene and safety standards of SV Group and Marriott International
• Designing menu planning, costing for K&B restaurant, banquet area up to 300 pax
• Responsibility for cost control, ordering system and close cooperation with suppliers

Your profile

• Reliability and a high level of responsibility
• Organisational talent, independent and clean working style
• Completed vocational training and professional experience in a comparable position
• Experience in leading and developing employees (5-10)
• Good language skills in German and English, additional languages are an advantage
• Service-oriented working style, commitment and resilience
• Trainer course is an advantage
