Accountant (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF95,000 - 120,000E. Schelker & Sohn AG (family business) is a facility management company operating in cleaning, gardening, caretaking, and building services, offering a 24-hour on-call service.
With around 50 employees, we manage residential and commercial properties throughout Northwestern Switzerland.
Responsibilities:
- Managing financial accounting including general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and dunning
- Responsible for all personnel administration including payroll accounting
- Independently preparing monthly financial statements
- Preparing VAT returns
- Invoice verification and executing payments
Qualifications:
- Completed commercial basic training
- Further education in finance and accounting
- Professional experience in accounting and personnel administration
- Good MS Office skills as well as Abacus or SAP
- Open and organised person who enjoys working in a team
- Fluent German skills and very good French
