Inside Sales Specialist (ICT) (m/f/d)
Role:
In this role as Inside Sales ICT Service Provider, you take responsibility for the sales of ICT solutions and services. You are responsible for customer contact, advising, and offering customised solutions. Your goal is to understand customer needs and provide appropriate offers. You work in a dynamic and innovative environment where you can apply your skills and knowledge in the ICT field. You have the opportunity to work on large projects and advance your career in a rapidly growing company.
Responsibilities:
- You acquire new customers and maintain existing contacts
- In this role, you develop suitable IT solutions together with the sales and technical team
- As Inside Sales, you are the first point of contact for customers and prospects
- You conduct telephone and written customer communications
- You qualify leads and arrange appointments
- You maintain customer and sales data in the CRM
Qualifications:
- You have experience in sales, inside sales, or customer support
- You enjoy communication and customer contact
- You work independently, in a structured and goal-oriented manner
- You have an interest in IT and digital solutions
- You have business fluent German and good English skills
- You have French skills, which are an advantage
