Payroll Specialist (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for payroll and personnel administration
- Supporting HR processes from entry to exit
- You are the contact person for payroll questions
- Constant contact with insurance companies and authorities
- Participation in the optimisation and further development of payroll processes and systems
- Ensuring compliance with regulations in the area of payroll accounting
Qualifications:
- Completed training with further education as a Payroll Specialist or federal social insurance expert
- Several years of professional experience in payroll accounting
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form, French skills are an advantage
- Good knowledge of Swiss labour law
- Trustworthy and precise personality
