As the Chief of Staff you will directly support the CEO and executive team in their strategic initiatives as well as operational cadences - facilitating and coordinating the executive decision-making process and communication.


Your Responsibilities



  • Executive Meeting Owner: Own, prepare, run, and follow up on executive meetings, facilitating the decision making process, coordination and communication.

  • Act as the go-to liaison for internal and external event teams that require executive presence, coordinating CEO attendance, public speaking, presentations, and PR.

  • Presentation Pro: Ensure high-quality content and preparation for all CEO engagements.

  • Assist with the CEO Visits program to top strategic customers, prospects, and partners.

  • Calendar Commander: Oversee and manage the executive team's annual event schedule. Handle the content, logistics, and preparation for various events in a timely manner.

  • Priority & OKR Manager: Own the process of priority setting and OKR planning, including regular reviews, setting up OKRs in Perdoo, maintaining KPI boards, and conducting quarterly retrospectives.

  • Prepare materials, logistics, and support for board meetings.

  • Project Pioneer: Lead and own ad-hoc strategic projects and initiatives for the CEO as needed.

  • Internal Communications Support: Assist with internal communications


What we look for in you



  • 5+ years experience in a top consulting or investment banking firm, with proven track record and client experience managing and delivering on large complex projects. It’s beneficial to have experience in a similar role in high-growth firms or in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, solve problems, and make data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent analytical skills, adept at data analysis, finding patterns, and drawing insightful conclusions.

  • Highly organized and methodical with excellent follow-up to ensure executive expectations, high accountability and deadlines are met

  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Exceptional writer. Concise, sharp, and to the point.

  • Presentation Pro: Engaging and convincing communicator and presenter, comfortable in front of large groups and high-stakes situations such as board meetings, with C-level executives, and investors.

  • Creative and pragmatic with a can-do attitude. Always ready to tackle challenges head-on.

  • Self-motivated, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands.

  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient with modern collaboration tools and technology stacks.

  • High Proficient level in German and English are mandatory. Ideally Native in at least one of them.
