We are looking for a Junior HRBP for a 6 month mission starting ASAP. You will play a crucial role in supporting an HR team. You will work closely with two HR Business Partners to assist in achieving the objectives of our Centre Heads and Leaders by providing essential HR guidance and support. This position requires a proactive individual who can handle multiple tasks and thrive in a dynamic environment.

Missions

As a Junior HR Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR team and contributing to the success of our organization. You will work closely with two HR Business Partners to assist in achieving the objectives of our Centre Heads and Leaders by providing essential HR guidance and support. This position requires a proactive individual who can handle multiple tasks and thrive in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Partnering: Collaborate closely with two HR Business Partners to understand the objectives, challenges, and talent needs of Centre Heads and Leaders. Provide initial HR guidance and support to facilitate the achievement of business goals.

  • Employee Relations: Act as the primary contact for employee inquiries, offering guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Address employee concerns promptly and professionally, promoting a positive work environment. Assist HR Business Partners with more complex cases.

  • Recruitment and Contract Management: Oversee the clearance process for contract extensions and new position creations. Provide guidance to hiring managers on necessary documentation and steps, ensuring timely completion and clear communication among stakeholders.

  • Talent Management: Assist HR Business Partners in the annual Talent Review process and related data analysis. Collaborate closely to identify training and development opportunities for employees.

  • Training and Development: Coordinate with the Talent Development team to implement training initiatives that enhance employee skills and knowledge. Assist HR Business Partners in identifying training needs and facilitating relevant programs.

  • HR Administration: Work closely with the People Services team to maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Follow up on the implementation of workforce planning decisions and manage processes related to monthly leavers and long absences.

Profil du candidat

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in an HR role, preferably within an international setting.
  • Proficiency in Workday is essential.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
