Workplace: Biel/Bienne or Renens (with regular commutes to Biel/Bienne)

Your duties

• Autonomous handling of a defined population
• Contact person for employees and managers regarding HR topics
• Personnel administration from on boarding to off boarding within internal support
• Handling of recruitment processes and interviews
• Creation of HR-specific data overviews and statistics
• Contact to external organisations (insurance companies, authorities, offices)

What you bring

• Federal HR-Specialist diploma
• Excellent knowledge of French and English (spoken and written is mandatory)
• 3-5 years of professional experience in a similar position
• Experience in HR-KPI and Reporting
• SAP-Knowledge is a plus
• Payroll-Knowledge is a plus
• Organized, independent way of working with a high level of commitment
