In order to strengthen our Communication team based in Neuchâtel, we are recruiting a talented :


Brand Hospitality Coordinator Watch

As an ambassador of the Brand and team member of the Watch Communication team, you are responsible of the entire hospitality program.

Reporting to the Watch Communication Director, your scope includes the development of our Manufactures visits, and you offer an exclusive brand experience to different audiences (media and KOL, ambassadors of the House, watch collectors, fans of the brand, retailers and their VICs, our Haute Joaillerie and Haute Horlogerie clients, internal teams, school partnerships, etc.).

You plan and host outstanding experiences towards one goal: an unforgettable journey to share the magnificence of our brand DNA and watch savoir-faire.




Development of the Manufactures visits


You create an unforgettable physical journey in our Manufactures for all type of guests’ profiles. You also imagine the future of the hospitality experience through innovative tools and virtual Manufacture visits.


In close collaboration with our internal teams, you prepare standard packages according to the profiles of our future guests to ensure excellence in the hospitality experience throughout the whole journey.

You share the packages and our expectations with your internal stakeholders (manufactures, training, digital, press, markets) and external providers (such as transfers, hotels, activities, photographers, etc.).


Planning and coordination of the guests’ visits


Receiving all visit requests from your different contacts, you organize, coordinate and host the visits for an exclusive moment, from our guests’ arrival in Switzerland, hotel booking, lunch to various activities around the discovery of Switzerland and watch craftsmanship.

You will also support the PR team to collect the needs of the different departments in terms of photo and video shootings and establish priorities to ensuring respect of the given deadlines.




Holding a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Hospitality Management (EHL or Glion Institute of Higher Education), you have at least 2 years of experience in a high-standard “Customer-first” position, with previous exposure to the luxury industry. Perfectly fluent in English and French (German or Italian are a plus), you have advanced skills on MS office, in particular Powerpoint.


Charismatic and enthusiastic, you are passionate about high-end products and savoir-faire. Your natural ability for public speaking enables you to fascinate your audience with effective story-telling.

You have strong organizational skills and ability to anticipate any customer needs with dedication and flexibility.

Solution-oriented and with a can-do attitude, you are stress-resilient and are able to work in team in a dynamic and changing environment.
