The Group Security team lead by the CISO (Chief Information Security Officer) takes care of IT, OT and Physical Security. We make sure Business and Support functions can run activities in a secured environment. 

As part of the CISO office team, the Cyber security SME daily helps the CISO, cyber security specialists and IT teams to define objectives and deliver security measures on the different pillars of cyber security such as:

  • Architecture & infrastructure security
  • Incident management
  • Vulnerability management
  • IAM and PAM
  • Recovery
  • Application security
  • Security testing

His/Her purpose is to give his/her guidance to elaborate and follow-up pragmatic and feasible objectives to ensure that IT Security is monitored and progress.

He/She participates to the elaboration of the Cyber Security Plan and to every security or IT projects needing his/her advice and or knowledges of the Group Cybersecurity strategy. 

He can also be mandated as project manager or team manager in replacement of any missing resource in the Security team.

This role is an attractive opportunity for a seasoned security professional, who would like to put their experience to use in a challenging and dynamic environment. She/he is to be based at our offices in Olten or Lausanne, Switzerland with regular travels between these locations and occasional international business trips.
 
Your main responsibilities

  • Define objectives for the different pillars of cybersecurity aligned with the cyber security strategy
  • Review, support and follow-up the cyber security projects
  • Build report for stakeholders such as CISO, CIO, Executive level
  • Support architecture & network design and security measures implementation
  • Can act as a "Swiss knife" when resources are overloaded or missing, such as Cybersecurity project manager or specialist
  • Write documentation to assist cyber security specialist

 
Your profile 

  • University Degree or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar position such as CISO or Deputy CISO
  • Excellent IT expertise and passion for complex systems, technologies and processes
  • Solid experience in contract and provider management
  • Continuous Improvement mindset and project/change management experience
  • Excellent communication, cross departments cooperation and influencing skills
  • Fluent English required, additional French or German a plus
